  • 对服务进行逆向工程、绕过安全机制、扫描漏洞、干扰可用性。
  • 上传恶意代码或利用服务传播病毒、木马等。

4. 你的内容与数据

  • 你对你上传、导入或生成的内容与数据拥有权利或已获得必要授权。
  • 你授予我们在提供与改进服务所必需范围内处理该数据的权利。
  • 你应遵守所在地的数据保护/营销合规要求（例如对联系人数据的合法来源与告知）。

5. 付费、订阅与退款

如你购买付费服务，相关价格、周期与权益以你下单页面/订单为准。退款政策（如适用）以你购买时展示的规则为准。

6. 知识产权

ClawGet 及其相关软件、界面、商标、文档与内容均受法律保护。未经许可不得复制、分发或用于竞争性用途。

7. 服务变更与终止

  • 我们可能对服务进行更新、升级或调整，并在合理情况下提前通知。
  • 如你严重违反本协议或法律法规，我们可暂停或终止服务并采取必要措施。

8. 免责声明与责任限制

在适用法律允许范围内，服务以“现状”提供。我们不对因不可抗力、第三方原因或你自身使用方式导致的损失承担责任。我们的累计责任在法律允许范围内以你在争议发生前一定期间内向我们支付的费用为限。

2. Accounts & Security

  • Protect your credentials and accept responsibility for activities under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any suspected security incident.

3. Acceptable Use

You will not use ClawGet for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activities, including:

  • Spam, fraud, harassment, illegal marketing, or violations of anti-spam/privacy laws.
  • Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Reverse engineering, bypassing security, vulnerability scanning, or disrupting availability.
  • Uploading malware or using the service to distribute harmful code.

5. Billing, Subscriptions & Refunds

If you purchase paid services, pricing, billing cycles, and entitlements follow your order page/receipt. Refunds (if any) follow the rules displayed at purchase time.

ClawGet software, interfaces, trademarks, documentation, and content are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or use them for competitive purposes without permission.

7. Changes & Termination

  • We may update or modify the service and will provide reasonable notice when appropriate.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third parties, or your own use. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us within a limited period before the claim, as permitted by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, applicable law and jurisdiction rules at the time of purchase/use will apply.
